music for yoga and relaxation

This is a recording of beautiful gongs, bells, drones and drumming.

I hope it will be beneficial for teachers and practitioners of yoga, as well as being useful and enjoyable for anyone looking to find an hour of sonic peace and calm.

There are four 15-minute pieces of all-acoustic music, performed live with minimal overdubs, and featuring what I believe are some of the most beautiful sounds in my instrument collection.

It was recorded in the upstairs wooden loft of my home in December 2012 (on days when the wind was quiet).

(When previewing these tracks, I recommend using a good pair of headphones!)
